A take on my classic everything bagel bites but with a little something extra in the center. A great high protein snack to switch things up during the week!

1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1 egg white, beaten
Everything bagel seasoning
1. To a bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together.
2. With a rubber spatula, mix in Greek yogurt until we’ll combined, this will form a crumbly dough.
3. Spread flour across a flat surface or cutting board and knead the dough until no longer sticky.
4. Separate dough into 6 balls and flatten each one into a circle. Add roughly 1/2 a tbsp of cream cheese to the center of each then roll into a ball.
5. Brush with egg white wash and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
6. Spray an air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and preheat to 325F, bagel bites to the basket (may have to do 2 batches to not overcrowd) and air fry for 10-11 minutes, until golden.

Cauliflower is one of the best vegetables to sneak into sauces due to its mild flavor and creaminess. Also an incredible source of vitamin C, folate, and vitamin K, cauliflower is perfect for sneaking in some extra nutrients to pasta dishes!

My idea of “comfort food” looks like an extra large pot of piping hot chicken noodle soup, loaded with all the fresh veggies, on a cold rainy Sunday. This recipe is far from difficult and is a staple for meal prep in the colder months!
