2 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. To a large bowl add all your ingredients and mix together until well combined.
3. Spread granola mixture evenly onto baking sheet.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool completely (this is when the granola gardens) before breaking it up into crumbles with a spatula or your hands.
5. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
