Equipment//

Air fryer

Measuring cups & spoons

Glass mixing bowls

Cutting board

Ingredients//

2 medium apples

1 tbsp light butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt for topping

Instructions//

1. Slice apples down the center and scoop out the core.

2. To a bowl add butter and melt in the microwave for around 15 seconds. Then add maple syrup, oats, and cinnamon, mix to combine.

3. Add oat filling to the center of the apples and sprinkle with additional cinnamon.

4. Place in an even layer in the air fryer and cook at 350 F for 15 minutes.

5. Top with Greek yogurt and enjoy!
