1 cup all purpose flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 egg white, beaten
Everything bagel seasoning
1. To a bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together.
2. With a rubber spatula, mix in Greek yogurt until well combined, this will form a crumbly dough.
3. Spread flour across a flat surface or cutting board and knead the dough until no longer sticky.
4. Separate dough into 4 balls then roll into 1 inch coils and join at the ends.
5. Brush with egg white wash then roll in everything bagel seasoning.
6. Air dry at 300 F for 15 minutes.
