Sometimes you need a little something sweet that is also satisfying and won’t make you crash later, enter: AIR FRYER GLAZED DONUT HOLES!
1 cup self rising flour
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener( or white sugar)
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
Glaze//
1/4 cup powdered monk fruit (or regular powdered sugar)
2 tbsp almond milk
1. To a bowl add flour and sugar mix together.
2. With a rubber spatula, mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla until well combined, this will form a crumbly dough.
3. Spread flour across a flat surface or cutting board and knead the dough until no longer sticky.
4. Separate dough into 12 pieces and roll into balls. Add to air fryer and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Air fry at 350 F for 5 minutes.
5 While donut holes cool, whisk together your glaze ingredients until smooth. Coat donuts in glaze and let set for 5 minutes.
