Continuing on my endless quest to prove to you that you do not have to suffer through the same dry grilled chicken for meal prep every day. Try these instead.

Equipment//

Air fryer

Blender

Glass mixing bowls

Measuring cups & spoons

Ingredients//

1 cup corn flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1.5 lb chicken tenderloins

2 eggs

1 cup sugar free bbq sauce

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

Instructions//

1. To a blender add corn flakes and blend on low until you form a bread crumb like texture. Add to a bowl and set aside.

2. To a separate bowl add chicken and season with garlic, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Make sure all are evenly coated.

3. Crack eggs into a medium sized bowl and whisk. Dip chicken into egg mixture then corn flakes.

4. Grease the bottom of an air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and add chicken tenders in an even layer. 

5. Cook at 400 F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through!
