My number 1 nutrition tip I can give is to always add protein to your plate. Hopefully these sweet and spicy air fryer salmon bites make eating more protein a little easier to achieve!
2 salmon filets (roughly .75 lbs), skin removed, sliced into thick pieces
Avocado oil cooking spray
2 tsp chili lime seasoning or chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp honey
Optional toppings: green onion and sesame seeds
1. Add salmon pieces to a bowl and spray with avocado oil spray. Add chili lime seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt, mix to combine.
3. Then add breadcrumbs and paprika. Mix again until the salmon is evenly coated.
4. Add salmon to air fryer and spray again with cooking spray. Cook at 390 for 6-7 minutes.
5. Transfer salmon to a bowl and drizzle with honey and add optional garnish.
6. Serve with rice or on top of a salad or with veggies and enjoy!
