Glass mixing bowls

Ingredients//

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs 

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp salt

2 tsp celery salt

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp oregano

1 egg white

1 lb chicken breast, chopped into small cubes

Olive oil cooking spray

Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions//

1. To a large bowl add flour, panko, baking powder, and all spices, mix.

2. Whisk egg white in a medium sized bowl, then add chicken and evenly coat.

3. Add chicken to flour mixture and mix until all pieces are coated in flour. Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken to a separate bowl to remove any excess flour.

4. Spray an air fryer basket with cooking spray then line the bottom with chicken, spray chicken with cooking spray.

5. Cook at 390 F for 13-14 minutes or until golden!
